  uPnP allows WinMX to automatically forward ports in compatible NAT
  
• Routers
  Filter Fake Flooders
  Use the block list for filtering of search results as well as network
  connections
  
• Enable FastList for Chat
  Loads the channel list faster on secondary connection by
  downloading from the network and from the WinMXGroup server at
  the same time.
  
• Hard Close WinMX
  Causes WinMX to close down quickly instead of cleanly. If using uPnP
  then WinMX will not release port forwarding on shutdown.
  May also cause settings file to be corrupted!
  "Use At Own RISK!!!"

• We recommend using uPnP if you are on a router. The use of
  Filter fake flooders and Enable FastList for Chat for all users.

• Hard Close WinMX (we do not recommend using as it may damage your
  settings file).

Installation is simple. Shutdown WinMX.

Open the rar file and follow instructions.

Once Installed WinMX will open up. Once open go to WinMx settings.

Scroll down to the bottom of the list and you will see "Advanced Settings".

Open that and you will see the 4 settings mentioned earlier and "Tick" all that applys to you.

However Untilfurther Notice please do not use the last option. If you do you
do so at your own "Risk" as it could cause you to need a reinstall
to reset your settings file in WinMX.
