So you would like to place your picture on the MJ web site, well first you need a picture (upto date would be best)

Make sure the picture is clear and not too large around 300k is acceptable.

Also you need to say somthing nice about yourself, to do this simple type what you want to say into a TXT file (making sure its spell checked too).

Once you have done those two items simply send them in a email to:

mjemailhelper@yahoo.com

And somone will inform you that your page is on the site when complete
